Piston assemblies for 392-cid engine building use the Mahle Motorsport 930279095 set, a package of 8 forged 4032-aluminum pistons with dome-style crowns and 2 valve reliefs. Each piston weighs 454 grams with a crown volume of 3.6cc. The piston ring configuration consists of upper and lower compression rings of 1.0mm thickness plus an oil control ring of 2.0mm thickness, all materials specified. Floating steel pins measuring 24.0mm diameter and 58.1mm length with 0.217 wall thickness connect pistons to connecting rods. The pin material is steel with round-wire clips included. Complete clip, pin, and ring assemblies ship with the set.
