Walker Exhaust 16623 Ultra EPA Direct Fit Catalytic Converter with Integrated Exhaust Manifold

Integrating both the catalytic converter and exhaust manifold in one assembly, the Walker Ultra 16623 is an EPA-compliant direct-fit converter. Fits the 2009-2011 Chevrolet Aveo and Aveo5, and the 2009-2010 Pontiac G3 with the 1.6L L4. Measuring 17.5 inches in overall length with a 3.375-inch height and 6-inch width body, this converter features thick OE-style manifold flanges, aluminized heat shields, and mounting hardware for direct engine mounting. The design uses a high-technology washcoat and precious metal load to minimize tailpipe emissions and keep the check engine light off. At 5 inches in component length, the converter connects via a 9 bolt welded flange inlet to a 3 bolt welded flange outlet. Backed by a 25,000-mile/40,000-kilometer emissions warranty and a 5-year 50,000-mile/80,000-kilometer structural integrity warranty, this EPA-compliant unit delivers consistent performance.
