Designed to work with the factory steel "winch ready" bumper, the Warn 101255 winch mounting plate brings ZEON and VR EVO winches into that bumper without drilling. Made from steel with a black powder coat finish, the plate is pull tested to 12,000 lbs without deflection and rotates the winch slightly forward to alleviate interference between the control pack and the grille. The kit includes the winch mounting plate, fairlead bracket, and mounting hardware. Fits the 2020–2026 Jeep Gladiator, and the 2018–2026 Jeep Wrangler.
