Built with advanced bobbin technology, specialized silicone magnetic steel cores, and precision-wrapped windings, the AEM Electronics 30-2891 ignition coil set delivers up to 10 percent more spark energy while fitting directly in place of the OEM coils with no modifications required. Fits the 2013–2015 Acura ILX; the 2012–2015 Honda Civic and Crosstour; the 2010–2014 Honda CR-V; and the 2008–2012 Honda Accord. The design optimizes resistance and turn ratios for consistent high-energy spark output, and the construction increases thermal conductivity while improving thermal stability and mechanical strength under demanding conditions. These smart-type coils are finished in black, rated at 12 Volts DC, and engineered for 4-cylinder, 2-liter applications.
