Front suspension shock absorbers from BDS Suspension, carrying part number FOX98224900, are FOX Performance Series 2.0 IFP units built on a mono-tube design sized to work with a BDS 2.5 to 4-inch lift suspension kit. Fits the 1976–1986 Jeep CJ7, the 1981–1986 Jeep Scrambler, and the 1959–1964 and 1970–1975 Jeep CJ5. An internal floating piston separates the shock oil from a high-pressure, nitrogen-charged gas chamber, eliminating oil aeration so the factory-tuned, precision valving delivers fade-free performance in the roughest conditions. BDS and FOX custom-valve each application to pair correctly with the specific BDS Suspension system it accompanies.
