With proprietary NANO substrate chemistry and advanced-manufacturing technology including automated workstations and spinner welding equipment, the Eastern Catalytic 40597 is a federal EPA direct-fit catalytic converter engineered to exact OE dimensions and fitment. Fits the 2003-2009 Volvo S60, the 2003-2007 Volvo V70 and XC70, and the 2003-2006 Volvo XC90 with the 2.5L L5 and 2.4L L5. This design maintains industry-leading efficiency through highly efficient loadings. The unit features ECO II catalyst technology with two O2 sensor ports, three-bolt welded inlet, and two-bolt welded outlet connections. Both inlet and outlet gaskets are included for sealing, and the converter carries a warranty for long-term emissions control performance.
