Replacing the original catalytic converter in the exhaust system, the Eastern Catalytic 50209 is an undercar direct-fit converter specifically engineered to meet Federal and EPA emission standards. Fits the 1996-1998 Saturn SC2, SL2 and SW2 with the 1.9L L4. With one oxygen sensor port for active engine emissions monitoring, this ECO II catalyst type converter delivers the precise catalytic action required in the exhaust flow. The inlet connection uses a 3-bolt welded design with one inlet gasket for proper sealing, while the outlet employs a 3-bolt spinner configuration also with one outlet gasket.
