Bilstein 24-184731 - Suspension Shock Absorber B6 Performance Monotube Front 1968-2002 Ford/Mercury/Lincoln

This Bilstein B6 Performance damper (part 24-184731) upgrades over original equipment dampers while pairing with the factory spring. Fits 20 Ford, Lincoln and Mercury vehicles from 1968 to 2002, including the 1992-2002 Ford Crown Victoria and the 1982-2002 Lincoln Town Car. Full vehicle list below. The monotube design incorporates application-specific valve settings to enhance handling performance and meets or exceeds OE quality standards. The spring seat is not included.

The damper is finished in yellow paint with a bar pin lower mount and stem upper mount. It measures 9.21 inches (234 mm) when collapsed and 13.86 inches (352 mm) when extended. No boot is included. This unit is for front position use on vehicles without electronic or self-leveling suspension comfort versions.
