At 36mm, Bilstein part 24-021555 is a monotube shock absorber from the B4 OE Replacement series, built to restore original ride comfort, handling, and safety to the levels set by the factory. Fits the 1996–1999 Mercedes-Benz E300 and E320, the 1998–1999 Mercedes-Benz E430, and the 1997 Mercedes-Benz E420. It uses a stem upper mount and an Eye 10.4mm lower mount, and comes with a black straight boot already included. The black-painted body collapses to 17.85 in (453.5 mm) and extends to 22.05 in (560.0 mm); no spring seat is included.
