For front OE coilover-style suspension leveling and lift, the Bilstein B8 5100 (Ride Height Adjustable) shock absorber, part 24-186988, is built around a 46mm monotube digressive piston with a self-adjusting deflective disc valve. Multiple snap-ring grooves in the zinc-plated body allow different spring seat positions, providing up to 3 inches of front lift with OE springs. The adjustable spring seat offers 0-2.75in of lift depending on the application, and the 14mm shaft contributes to increased wheel travel and improved handling without a reservoir or external damping adjustment. The boot is not included.
