COMP Cams DLC-Coated Universal Fuel Pump Pushrod for small- and big-block Chevy engines reduces friction, adds durability, and is compatible with ALL types of camshafts, including cast iron, austempered iron, steel, and tool steel cores.
COMP Cams is the first to introduce a truly universal fuel pump pushrod for small- and big-block Chevy engines. This new fuel pump pushrod utilizes the same technology surrounding the popular new DLC-Coated Flat Tappet lifters from COMP. The DLC-Coated Fuel Pump Pushrod is compatible with ALL types of camshaft material, including cast iron, austempered iron, steel, and tool steel cores. Gone are the days of needing a bronze-tipped fuel pump pushrod with a steel roller camshaft. The DLC coating on each end of the pushrod not only reduces friction but adds incredible toughness and durability.
